Meditation & Mindfulness Educator
Sherri received her Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner status in 2016, in Traditional Usui Reiki after practicing for several years in the Philadelphia area. Sherri also earned a 500 our RYT Yoga Alliance Certification in Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga, where she embarked on a three year journey of rigorous training in the physical, energetic and philosophical aspects of yoga and meditation, while training and teaching other students. She also holds a Wellness and Nutrition Coaching Certificate, and is certified as a Level I EFT Practitioner. Previous to her work in the holistic arts, Sherri earned her M.Ed in Elementary Education from Cabrini University in Radnor, Pennsylvania and a bachelor of Arts in Integrative Arts from the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, as was a classroom teacher for twenty-three years.
Sherri has had the opportunity to assist clients and students using the holistic approach that Reiki and Meditation/Mindfulness offers in a variety of settings back East and now, in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Sherri has worked as the Wellness Coordinator for The Partners in Health and Well-Being in Wilmington, Delaware, coaching, collaborating and teaching with mental health providers, where she was working with issues such as trauma, depression and anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, addiction and pain cycles. In addition, she worked as a presenter with the MS Society of the Greater Delaware Valley, to provide mind-body and nutritional education to small and large group forums. She will continue to develop and provide this education with the Society as she settles into the Southern California region.
Areas of Specialty
Because of her personal journey with an autoimmune disorder and the mind-body connection, she has a strong interest in working to alleviate and manage these issues, as well as assisting with personal empowerment, stress management, anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue and bringing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies back into balance.

In Session with Sherri
Helping clients to feel at ease and comfortable with their healing process is important to Sherri and she understands that restoration happens when there is a strong and stable support system available. Therefore, she works collaboratively and closely with each doctor to provide individualized sessions, striving to provide individuals with a nurturing, safe and relaxing environment to facilitate the type of restorative care that is best for overall well-being. Music, sound, and aromatherapy can also be used to enhance the experience.
