Dr. Phatiphong is a Registered Psychological Assistant currently working towards licensure under the supervision of Dr. Marissa Long (PSY24675). She is a compassionate and vibrant clinician with specialized training in trauma and substance abuse.
Dr. Phatiphong earned her Doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Additionally, Dr. Phatiphong earned her M.S. in Marriage and Family therapy at the University of Phoenix, as well as her B.S. in Psychology at the University of La Verne.
Training and Experience
Dr. Phatiphong has experience working with clients from 4-years-old to 65-years-old. Through the years, she has worked extensively with sexual assault survivors as well as adults with severe mental illness. Dr. Phatiphong is well versed in working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems.
Dr. Phatiphong has conducted psychological assessments and testing as well as educational testing. Dr. Phatiphong is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Substance Use, and Abuse disorders, and the Trauma Resiliency Model.

Dr. Phatiphong’s warmth is clear from the moment you meet here. She continuously provides a nonjudgmental environment for clients to fully express, process, and understand their feelings and where these feelings stem from. Dr. Phatiphong believes that when clients understand why they feel the way they do and accept their whole self, healing can truly take place.
